ALEXINDO CRC plant produces Cold Rolled Full Hard Sheet and Coil, targeting general construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors. Our capacity is 360,000 MT /annum; equipped with Automatic Gauge Control / AGC and Automatic Flatness Control / AFC. to ensure excellent thickness accuracy and flatness, in addition to our brand new tension leveling line.
Cold Rolled Full Hard Steel is the source of Galvanized and Galvalume Coils. Its derivatives are widely useful to various instances such as Multi-story Buildings, Commercial Offices, Housing, Industrial formed works / Roofing and Customized Products.

GALVALUME
“ALEXINDO GAL” by the latest technology of Nippon Sumikin Continuous Galvanizing (Galvalume) Line.With a capacity of the line is 170,000 tons per year, capable of handling thickness ranging from 0.20 mm to 1.20 mm, with a coating thickness of AZ50 to AZ200, able to process materials with soft grade G300 up to high-tensile grade G550.
The technology adopts a Non Oxidizing Furnace (NOF) for strong adhesion of Al-Zn and the possibility for up to Zero-T bending. It also has an in-line Skinpass Mill (SPM) for excellent flatness of the strip as well as uniform resin coating to prevent scuff marks and fingerprints, promoting a smooth and clean finish.

GALVALUME COLOR
ALEXINDO GAL COLOR provides a wide range of standard and customized colors, as well as various paint base to suit various requirements. We provide Polyester (PE) and Polyurethane (PU) based paints which are widely used in the regular market, and a Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) coating is also available to serve the high end market that requires high gloss and high resistance to solvents, acids and hydrocarbons.
The capacity of the line is 100.000 tons/year, equipped with a reversing mechanism. Capable of handling thickness from 0.20 mm up to 1.20 mm on both soft and high-tensile grade.
